By accessing or using eweb, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
eweb is an AI-powered platform that automates website creation for local businesses. The platform searches Google Maps for businesses without websites, generates custom AI websites, and optionally delivers them via WhatsApp.
2. Eligibility & Account
- You must be 18+ to use eweb
- One account per person/entity
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must provide accurate registration information
3. Acceptable Use
You may use eweb only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Send unsolicited spam messages via WhatsApp
- Create websites for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to circumvent usage quotas or billing
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models or prompts
- Resell access without prior written consent
4. Subscription & Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
- 7-day free trial with no credit card required
- Cancel anytime — no refunds for partial periods
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
5. Content & AI Output
- You own the websites generated on your behalf through eweb
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies — you are responsible for reviewing before distribution
- eweb does not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated content
- Business data sourced from Google Maps is subject to Google's terms
6. WhatsApp Policy
eweb facilitates WhatsApp message delivery through Green API. You must comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Terms of Service. Do not use eweb to send spam, harassment, or unsolicited commercial messages in bulk.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend service for violations without liability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eweb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
We may terminate your account for violations of these terms with or without notice. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
10. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts.

Kullanım Şartları

1. Hizmet Tanımı
eweb, yerel işletmeler için web sitesi oluşturmayı otomatikleştiren AI destekli bir platformdur. Google Maps'te web sitesi olmayan işletmeleri arar, özel AI web siteleri üretir ve WhatsApp ile teslim eder.
2. Uygunluk ve Hesap
- Hizmeti kullanmak için 18 yaşında veya üzerinde olmanız gerekmektedir
- Kişi/kurum başına bir hesap açılabilir
- Hesap güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz
- Doğru kayıt bilgileri vermeniz zorunludur
3. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
eweb'i yalnızca yasal amaçlar için kullanabilirsiniz. Aşağıdakileri yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:
- Geçerli yasa veya yönetmelikleri ihlal etmek
- WhatsApp üzerinden istenmeyen toplu mesaj (spam) göndermek
- Yasa dışı, zararlı veya sahte amaçlarla web sitesi oluşturmak
- Kullanım kotalarını veya faturalamayı aşmaya çalışmak
- AI modellerimizi veya prompt'larımızı tersine mühendislikle elde etmeye çalışmak
- Yazılı izin olmadan erişimi yeniden satmak
4. Abonelik ve Faturalama
- Abonelikler seçilen periyotta (aylık/yıllık) faturalanır
- Kredi kartı gerektirmeyen 7 günlük ücretsiz deneme
- İstediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz — kısmi dönem iadesi yapılmaz
- Fiyatlar 30 gün önceden bildirimle değişebilir
- Ödeme başarısız olursa hizmet askıya alınabilir
5. İçerik ve AI Çıktısı
- eweb aracılığıyla sizin adınıza üretilen web siteleri size aittir
- AI içeriği yanlışlıklar içerebilir — dağıtmadan önce incelemek sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır
- Google Maps'ten alınan işletme verileri Google'ın şartlarına tabidir
6. WhatsApp Politikası
WhatsApp mesaj iletimi Green API aracılığıyla sağlanmaktadır. WhatsApp İş Politikası ve Hizmet Koşulları'na uymanız zorunludur. Toplu istenmeyen ticari mesaj gönderilmemelidir.
7. Hizmet Erişilebilirliği
%99 çalışma süresi hedeflenmektedir ancak kesintisiz hizmet garanti edilemez.
8. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
Hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, eweb dolaylı veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Toplam sorumluluğumuz son 12 ayda ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.
9. Fesih
Şartları ihlal etmeniz halinde hesabınız önceden bildirim yapılmaksızın sonlandırılabilir.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu şartlar 30 gün önceden e-posta ile bildirim yapılarak güncellenebilir.
11. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Anlaşmazlıklar İstanbul mahkemelerinde çözülür.
